Live Scribing
Alongside editorial illustration, I create live illustrations, also called graphic recording or live scribing, for a multitude of events including:
large-scale conferences,
panel discussions and
roundtable talks.
I also have expertise in client-facing interaction, including briefing calls, brainstorming, and feedback sessions.
FAQs can be found at the bottom of the page - thank you!
You’re not boring.
So why should your event be?
Having a live scribe at your event means that:
your audience are 60% more likely to remember all the important bits
no more boring ‘after meeting’ notes - they’re succinctly summarised in visuals
you become a creative collaborator on the work - you have control of information depicted
Think of it like a coffee filter:
The event is the coffee grounds,
A live graphic visualiser is the filter,
The product is a hard working picture that you and your team can utilise as many times you need, in as many ways you need.

Why yes! Through the powers that be (WiFi, zoom, google meet et al) I can attend virtual events all over the world, whilst sharing the illustration AS IT HAPPENS!
Pretty cool, eh?
-
Of course! I can either be a faceless drawing hand at the back of the event, or connect my trusty iPad to a monitor and show the digital illustration being created as it happens.
Whatever works for you and your event, I can do.

You are welcome to do as you wish with the final physical illustration. I will take copious pictures of the final piece before you take it away, and digitally transform it to create a digital version (and crops!) of your event.
This will then be sent to you and you are welcome to use the assets as you wish.

I do! I love showing groups of people how to utilise drawing in their everyday lives.
And yes, you can draw stick men!
